Things to know

The general terms & conditions of the Hotel Berner are based on the AUSTRIAN GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY. No deposit is required for bookings in Summer 2020. For bookings in other periods we require a deposit payment of 30% of the total amount. Other languages:

Winter 2020/21: Bookings between December 19^th 2020 and April 10^th 2021 can be cancel for free until 48 hours prior to arrival and no deposit is required!

In case of a cancellation of a reservation during other periods the hotel is authorised to charge a cancellation fee dependent on the time of cancellation:

• until 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
• until 1 month prior to arrival: 40 % of the booked arrangement
• until 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the booked arrangement
• within 1 week prior to arrival or no-show: 90 % of half-board arrangement, 100 % of B&B arrangement

The Hotel is authorised to charge the cancellation fee to the stated credit card.

Premature departures obligate the Hotel to charge for the entire booked period, including not used rooms and / or other booked services.

Booked rooms are available on arrival day latest at 4.00 p.m. If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m. we ask for a short notice by phone. Please also contact us in case of arrival prior to 4 p.m. - if possible we try to have your room ready for you!

On departure day we ask for check - out latest until 11.00 a.m. If you like to check - out earlier than 8.30 a.m. we ask you to settle your bill until 10.00 p.m. on the prior evening.

You may settle your bill in cash, with bank card (only Austria, Germany and Switzerland), VISA or MasterCard.

Seasonal or weather-caused changes or cancellations of pre-announced hotel events and outside services are possible.

The room plans are schematic plans, certain deviations are possible in actual rooms. We are not responsible for printing errors.
