Ski In & Ski Out in Zell am See
- Superb Ski-In & Ski-Out Location.
The location of our hotel is unique in Zell am See! It is quietly located, near the center of Zell am See and right next to the skislope. A chairlift is nextby and a cable care is just around the hotel.
When you get out of the hotel and onto the slope in the morning you could take the Ebenberg chairlift or the CityXpress gondola up the Schmittenhöhe mountain. An when you get back in the afternoon you would ski directly back to the hotel.
That's what we call a true Ski-In and Ski-Out location!
For a warm-up in the morning we suggest that you take the Ebenberg chairlift, left of the Hotel. You just walk out of the garden and 20 meters up to the slope, put on your skies and ski down to the lift station. At the top follow slope Nr. 12 / Nr. 12a or Nr. 11 down to the station of the CityXpress goldola in the center of Zell am See. This gondola will bring you further up into the skiarea of the Schmittenhöhe mountain.
At the end of your day out on the slopes you would come back via the slopes Nr. 11 and Nr. 12 onto the slope Nr. 17 which will bring you directly back to the Hotel. Or easier: Stay on slope Nr. 11 and towards the end turn right.
Your lift ticket is also valid for the skiarea on the glacier Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun and the Maiskogel in Kaprun. Both skiareas are accessible with the skibus which is included in your lift ticket. The next busstop is only 2 min. from the hotel.
